If you don't have a color printer that prints up to 11 x 17 inch, just type your message, save, then send the file to your local digital printer, like Kinko's or Staples. Ask them to print double-sided on heavy card stock (1 card per sheet of 11x17"). The dots do not need to be cut because they're printed onto the card.
